My grandma's computer is a 1.1 Mhz Celeron with Windows 98 installed. It has a USB printer connected and prints just fine from all programs except when it's logged into AOL. We installed AOL 9.0 and while everything works great, we can't print the e-mail messages nor can we print any web content. Even if we minimize AOL and use Internet Explorer. It still won't print anything. I tried to look at a print preview when I was in both AOL and IE but nothing showed up on the screen when in print preview mode.

Any Ideas?
