I am trying to read a notebook file I saved, but it's written in some weird symbols. Is there anyway to switch it to something I can read?

What is the name of the file you are trying to read (including the extension) and what are you using to read it with??

there are a few. I want to read a cookie and it comes up in notepad. there are a few files that open in notepad, and are written in squares and symbols.
