im use to doing things the old fashion way and im cheap so im using the free compiler dev-c++ free compiler and i want to know can it handle al the codes just not all the features like um i dont know auto finish and all that crap but it can handle every peice of code

dev-c++ seems to be a popular compiler. there may not be many free ones out there that handle ALL code. if your code is not going to be used on various platforms, dev-c++ should do almost everything you will want. I don't believe it handles 'bool', but many others don't handle 'bool' either.
