Hey, I have had computer problems in the past and you have fixed it, now I need your help again. I just got back from spending the summer at my dads house, and I think my little brother got to my computer when I was gone. It is running slower then normal, everything seems to crash a lot, the computer locks up, and when I press CTRL + ALT + DEL the taskmanger doesn't open. PLEASE HELP ME!

And also, when I start up my computer, the login screen is different. It is usually a blue screen and it says the user names, and you can click the name and then type in the password or click hint. Well when I started up my comp it is a black screen with a box at the top and it only says my screen name and the password thing, no hint button or anything. If you need a screenshot tell me
