Computer just slowed down

For the last week or so, has seen to become real sluggish. I've run all the software on the malware sight, but it has come up clean. I did the tweaks to speed up the system, with little result. I also defragged the drive using perfect disk. No help.

Any thoughts????

Press Ctrl+Alt+del and see what processes are using CPU time and check for irregular amounts of Mem Usage. Also maybe you have too much programs running in the background.
