is water cooling system better than fans

water cooling can cool the system better rite? but is it harzadous to our computer? water leaking or the cooling water can finished anytime?

If you are worried about that you can get not conductive liquid to use as cooling fluid rather than water. It si expensive its about 90 pounds a bottle, more expensive than some water cooling kits.
Perflurocarbon type fc40 is the stuff you use.
