Hi and HELP! I am a total ignoramus when it comes to fixing problems on my computer. I'm a wiz at using my software! I currently have Norton, Adware 6.0, Spybot Search & Destroy programs to get rid of viruses, trojans, worms and adware. None of them can get rid of the following; bi.dll, biprep.exe, Dc169.exe, Dc66.exe, gt[1].htm, mtrslib2[1].js, mtrslib[1].js. Norton finds them, but cannot quarantine them, my only option is to skip or exclude. At what risk level is my computer security? Can you tell me how to delete these things in a simplistic, or at least step-by-step way? Thanks!

Welcome to Geeks to Go svieks. Please post this question in the Hijack This forum. It will get a better response there from the people most qualified to analyze logs. See this post, and start a new topic in this category.

Let us take a closer look at what is running on your PC. We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool (HiJackThis) and post a log back here with the results.

Click the HijackThis Guide in my signature, download it and follow the instructions in the guide.

Most of what it lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.
