[Anoid PC User]

Please advise how to remove this program from the infected PC - the system infected is running Win 98. We have Norton Corporate Edition and it does not automatically remove it from the system. I followed the removal instructions found on the norton website. I also ran Trend Micro Housecall to remove any and all viruses. I ran Spybot and Adaware. Please advise on how to possible rid this system of the virus. Thank you,

That will give you several steps that will help you clean up 70 percent of all problems by yourself. If at the end of the process you are still having difficulty--and you may not be-- then post a hijackthis log in THAT forum.

If you are still having problems after getting a clean bill of health from the malware expert, please return to this thread.
