You've shown me one post that took place over 5 months ago..
HERE is a tutorial on thermal paste.. Show me where it says to much will fry your CPU..
Here is the application for Artic Silver.. again, no mention of too much frying a CPU or even the threat of it..
The biggest threat of too much is having it squeeze out and possibly shorting (very unlikely but possible) something on the motherboard..

Yep, and I just answered a post stating the moon was made of green cheeze and Mars looked red because it was wrapped in cellophane..
