can help anyoneme please, i cant right click on my desktop icons, i cant access any drives and the look up menu also doesn't work. Once i logon i cant do anything with the computer, i mean i cant access any thing. when i do i keep getting a msg saying Dr Watson postmortem Debugger has encountered a problem. does anybody know how i can resolve this problem.
It's WIndows XP.

sounds like you may need to do a windows xp repair to restore your system.

here is some brief instructions on how to do it: http://helpdesk.its....pairinstall.htm

you will need your xp key to do this. also once completed you will have to run windows update to repatch your system.
