My active programs are not appearing on my taskbar. taskbar is unlocked. There is of course no view selection to make these reappear as it is a default to do so. Alt + Tab stills works to jump from App to App.

I'm curious to see if anyone knows of a resolution to this problem. My parents just went through it, and they ended up having to wipe their system. I believe they eventually pinned it to a trojan of some sort, as they also began having pop-ups at the same time.

click on line 164 to download the tool to restore all task bar feature to default.
