OK,if you got Spyware Blaster,thats safe enough for now!

I can see where the Hosts File link is confusing,so just read through it a few times and if you still dont understand it,just skip it!

To Disable System Restore-> Click Start-> Right Click My Computer-> Select Properties-> Click the System Restore tab and place a check by Turn off System Restore!

Restart the PC-> Go back to System Restore and Uncheck the box!

This flushes all the old nasty restore points out and created a nice new clean one!

Once you have done that,the PC is good to go!
