Every time I start my PC, I get a page that asks me what mode I want to start in.

If there is no answer after 30 seconds, it will continue startup automatically in Normal Mode.

This extra step costs time and I don't know how to bypass it.

Any suggestions?

Thanks so much.

I think that menu is triggered by a file called BOOT.INI in the root of drive C. It can be edited and re-saved in Notepad. To be safe, I wouldn't remove any lines but simply alter the time-out value to 5 seconds instead of the current 30.
