Weird Names in ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMMES

Hi , i went in my add or remove programmes and i see 2 weird programmes here are the names: HPIZFix3 and HpSdpAppCoreApp. When i go and highlight them there i no change/remove icon what could be the problem ?

You will need to use the tool mentioned in that article on HPIZFix3 and HpSdpAppCoreApp
