[I really need help]

Greetings!
Lately, like within the last week, my computer has been running slower and generally isnt functioning as it should. Then I started getting these messages talking about Dr watsons postmortem debugger. I know for a fact that I have downloaded no such thing, so it must be malware. Anyone know how I get rid of it?

In any case, I already have spyware blaster and keep it updated, and I update windows every 2 weeks. Just goes to show that you can never be too careful... Anyway, thanks for the advice
