Hi-
My computer was infected by the Spysheriff trojan and PSGuard(maybe simultaneously, i don't know). I follwed specific directions and managed to remove SpySheriff. I then I found geekstogo.com and did all of the steps to ensure that my computer was clean (and found a lot of adware and spyware that was successfully cleaned). However, McAfee has detected the W32/Alemod.d.dll virus infecting the file C:\WINDOWS\system32\WININET.dll, and I cannot delete it nor quarantine it. What should I do? Here is the Hijackthis log:
