hi i am still avin troubles wiv ny comp, i ave programmes to change the formats but still wen i save as a picture from a site it still onli lets me save it as bmp format and no other ne1 no what to do ?

Clean out your temp, temp internet and cookies folders..

Now trying saving as a .jpg..

Use the "Disk Cleanup" option..

Also, don't start a new thread when your problem is still the same as a thread you already have running !!!!!
