Installing QT libraries

Hey guys, iv been trying to get the QT libraries to work in windows, but i just Cannot do it. Iv tried copy header files and tryed to reconfigure it and a whole host of things but it just isnt happening.

Anyone know how to do it?

Im using both the bloodshed IDE and the borland 5.5 compiler.
