Stacker compressed files

I have some old 3 1/2" floppy disks from the mid '90s that were compressed with Stacker. I need these files uncompressed (unstacked!) where can I find a copy of the now non-existent Stacker compression software?

stacker makes me think of mac.... were this used on mac?

No Mac, this was a DOS program.

ok pkzip or winzip might be able to read them. Linux certainly can read them.
