Just now while surfing the web, suddenly 5+ random ads poped up so I closed them right away then I realised my wallpaper turned into a blue error screen saying theres a critical error cause by trojan watever.... so I decided to restart my computer then chaos happens.... when I try to log into my WinXP account, it loads, then the blue screen is there again but then none of the desktop shows up... no start button no icons no nothing jus the blue screen.

so all i can do is ctrl+alt+del so i can use the run command from there, and did something and deleted this suspicious .exe from the windows folder. then when i restarted again and tried to log in, i no longer get the blue screen but instead just a plain black screen.

Ive never seen this before so not sure what to do, right now im only using my other computer which is connected to the infected one. i can still see the network and stuff from infected com's task manager so i ran a hijack and this is the log

help plz :tazz:

also i tried going online from that computer askin for help but IE is like gone o_0; when i try to run IE.exe from task manager it says confirm the path as it does not exist or something...

Hi and welcome to Geekstogo!

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time. Click here: http://www.microsoft...p1/default.mspx Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.
(DO NOT INSTALL SP2)

While we understand that you may not have been aware, your copy of Windows is not legitimate. Unfortunately, we are unable to help you any further on this site, as we have a strict policy we adhere to in only helping people who have legitmate copies of Windows. Thank you for understanding.

sorry
