HI Im so glad I found this site because for 3 days Iv been trying to get rid of spyware on my pc but it doesnt seem to go away -

Its the ABi network and everytime I try to download anything such as spybot or spyware doctor aswell as adware remover etc et Iv tried them all but as soon as theyre intalled they freeze and stop responding half way thru the installation.

Can any1 help?

If you're still having trouble, We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and reply here with your log.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

Hi thanks, however anythin I try to download and then install always freezes halfway through installation. Theres nothing I can do Iv tried numerous times

We need to get a Hijackthis log to see what's going on. Don't worry about anything else right now. You don't have to install Hijackthis, just unzip it to a permanent location on your computer like C:\Hijackthis and double click hijackthis.exe

Once I can see the log then we can start killing off the bad guys.
