Hi xpidite and welcome to GeeksToGo! My name is Excal and I will be helping you.

Yes you do have malware issues, I can see a few infections right off.
The very first thing I need you to do, is go to start>run and type in MSCONFIG. Go to the startup tab and make sure every single box in there has a check in it. after this is done, reboot, then post a fresh HiJackthis log and we will take care of your problems :)
