Hello. I've recently had problems with my computer. I've been trying to remove what I think is malware using Adaware, spybot, and spywareblaster. Nothing seems to be working. So I went to the link above and started to follow the instructions.

When I do the Cleanup, it doesn't ask me to restart my computer. The Cleanup runs and then disappears completely. I also customized my Adaware according to the settings recommended in the link. When I do a custom scan, I get Microsoft (Windows) messages referring to Win32 and another error. Then my PC restarts itself. What do I do? Thank you.
