Dreaded Doc Watson Postmortem Debugger Error!

I get the dreaded error randomly and then my computer freezes...a majority of the time it happens when i right click, but that could just be something i notice. could someone help me with this?? the only thing i have done differently recently is installed verizon dsl. i have also noticed my computer running slower since i have been getting this message. what info does someone need to help out??
