Newegg has a BFG 6800GT for 350 with a 50 dollar rebate...so 300. I am building a computer and want it somewhat futureproof. Would it be worth it to spend the extra 109 dollars and get the 409$ eVGA 7800GT bundled with BF2, which I would be buying anyway after i finish my computer, or stick with the 6800GT. I heard CPU's right now are bottlenecking the 7800 series, Im getting a 3700+ San Diego btw.

NAh not really, i would wait a little bit unitl this years ati cards come out should trigger a price drop on the 7800s and the 6800s becasue at the moment the nvidia cards cant compete in terms of value for money with the ATI cards they seem to think because they cost more people will think they are worth more and pay more for the cards its crazy.
