Hello and welcome! :)

We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP, or Service Pack 4 if you are running Win2k. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.
Click here
Apply the update, reboot.
Do NOT install Service Pack 2 at this time!

Do the following as well:

First, uninstall your current HiJackThis using Add/Remove programs in Control Panel. After doing that, delete the zip file from the Temporary Location you have it. Empty recycle bin. It's IMPORTANT since we need to get HiJackThis to a permanent location, so it can create backups if necessary.

After that, get HiJackThis installer here. Save it, start the installing screen and hit "Unzip" then "Close". Go to the newly created C:\Program Files\HiJackThis folder and run HiJackThis, post a fresh log.

Once you have installed Sp1a to your machine and moved HiJackThis to the right location, can you run a new scan with it and post a fresh log to this thread in a reply. :tazz:
