Forgive me but I am new to this. I am having no luck finding a solution to my problem.

When ever I attemp to log on to my computer I recieve the following message

Explorer EXE. Application error 0xc0000005

Then the only thing that comes up is my wallpaper. I am unable to connect the internet with that PC so I am using my laptop.

I am desperate for any advice on how to solve this problem.
