I was wondering is it possible to have your SATA hd as master and IDE hd as slave. I know that SATA hd doesn't have jumper settings to change it to slave. But is it possible to use the IDE hd as a slave cuz I want to use it for storage.

Thank you in advance

Your bios should allow you to set the SATA as the boot drive. You can also change the jumper settings on the IDE drive to slave.

The nice thing about sata is you dont have to mess around with jumper settings you just set it as the first boot drive.
