i just want to know im networked to my mums computer via a dlink and i was just wondering will my internet speed be the same as hers so if she has lag will i thanks

Hi and welcome to Geeks to Go. The Dlink router does not care. The limiting factor will be the service level you purchased from your ISP. You will not get more bandwidth than you paid for. Unless one of you is maxing out the download speed or upload speed, you probably will not notice much, if any delay.
