my problem is that recently my PC started restarting its self without me doing anything i've made "error-checking" i've run system mechanic to fix registry problems i've defragmented the hard disc and still it restarts it self. so i'm thinking that mauby theres some hardware problem i mean with the ammount of power getting from my power supply but as i sed i only have this problem from recently so if you have any suggestions to whats causing this problem its welcomed.

Turn off the auto reboot feature and post the full error message you get here, if it happens again. Control Panel> System> Advanced> Start Up & Recovery> Settings untick "enable auto restart".
