Greetings Blaze, and welcome to GTG...could you explain what you need to change and why?

Some devices will not change, and some will change with difficulty

start > run
devmgmt.msc
<enter>

choose the device and double click it.

Go to the resources page

If you can change the IRQ, it is done here.

In many cases, you might need to check your BIOS settings and reserve an IRQ for a device if you cannot achieve the above, but this is not always possible depending on your bios

reboot, hit f1, f2 or perhaps del on most PCs...if there is an option to manually set IRQs it will be in there somewhere. It is very, very rare that you need to do this.....
