I have a 5.1 Logitech speakers, but sometimes weird sounds are loading up like krats... that happens when i turn on /off the lights or at other pell-mell time periods..

Can someone help me?

so weird sounds come from your speakers when you turn the lights on and off? if this is the case then your electrical system in your house is probably a little bit...well...bad....is it an old house?
