First we will need to switch off the Auto-restart, this will help us diagnose the exact problem:
Go Control Panel -> System
Go to Advanced
Under the Startup and Recovery section, click Settings...
Under System Failure un-check "Automatically restart".

After Auto-restart is disbabled, you might get a blue-screen with a code.
Post the code in your next post.
