If u already know something about HJT, you could try this tool to analyze your logs. I think it's quite helpful.

Sorry but they do not want to promote usage of HijackThis scan analyzer's as they are often times not updated and beta software. Please remember this is why we have the user's post there log so that it is real time removal help.
