The following has taken over my homepage:

The following two trojans have appeared and norton could not fix:
c:\windows\system32\hclean32.exe
c:\windows\system32\dmqjk.exe

I ran Hijack this and tried to fix/remove the first RO. It keeps reappearing.

I have gone throught the list of things you have recommended before posting.
The problem persists.

* Save it to your desktop.

* Run Killbox.exe.

* Select "Delete on Reboot".

* Copy the file names below to the clipboard by highlighting ALL of them then press CTRL + C

The others were not found.

Ok, Lets see if we can get this cleaned up for you

Create a folder on the C: drive called C:\HJT.
You can do this by going to My Computer (Windows key+e) then double click on C: then right click and select New then Folder and name it hjt
Move HJT into this new folder please,
This is important so please do this prior to anything else please

Make sure you can view all Hidden Files/Folders


Please restart HJT put a check next to the following, close all open windows and click “Fix Checked”
