Clean My Reg popups [CLOSED]

The pop ups that come up have random websites listed for downloading various reg cleaners. Each is different, but are official looking error messages with an "OK" button. I 'X' out of them.

I've run CWSshredder, Adaware SE, Search and Destroy, Cleanup, CCleaner, even been to Pandasoft's site for a scan. Here's my Hijack This log:

Hi Protoguy and welcome,
We can definitely help you, but first you need to help us. The first step in this process is to apply Service Pack 1a for Windows XP. Without this update, you're wide open to re-infection, and we're both just wasting our time.

Apply the update, reboot, and post a fresh Hijack This log.

After you have installed SP1a please run another scan with Active and post back the results from it please along with the fresh HJT log
