1) Yes, I can do that

2) The AV is also F-Secure, When I try to check for updates, it just says: checking... but nothing happens. I checked the log, and all programs in it were allowed.

3) The subscription is valid, at least the F-Secure program sais so :tazz:

4) No, I haven't tried that yet, but I can do it.

Hi,

1) was just thinking aloud.

You dont have any problems in net connectivity right ??

Check with F-secure as to what the reasons could be for not getting the updates and let me know
