Computer been giving me lots of messages re: spyware etc. when first start up pc message: essolo corrupt and error config syst on line 1.
Also up until 3 days ago was playing scrabble via "wordbiz"- clicking on desktop icon. Now I click on it, the hourglass timer starts then stops and can't get thru- now sometimes I click on recycle bin and hourglass starts and then won't let me in. Sometimes recycle works but word biz totally blocked. Nothing wrong with wordbiz cause I see others are on it.
I have spybot , web washer, adware, tried many - maybe too many - is there a way to get out of this mess?
Also every so often my screen goes blue and I get fatal exception messages and have to click a key twice to get back to my screen.
Help pleeeeeze!
