I've been having this problem for a while now, sometimes my internet will cut out for about 15 seconds, sometimes less, sometimes more. It just seems to not be stable at all. I lag for about 15 seconds every 3 minutes, average. but when it is not cutting out, it is very fast, perfect internet.

The problem is accuring on my dads computer too, in his study.

Im running windows xp, and am pluged in a router in my dads study, which is cable internet.

would this problem be our ISP's fault? or is it on our side?

Should i contact Comcast asap?

anyhelp would be much appreciated, ill be checking back here frequently for replies! thanks!

Before you call the ISP, bypass the router and see if there is any improvement.
