Hey
My friend is having problems loginning into and creating new accounts on the internet for email myspace etc.....


I'm making this forum on my comp since he can't create or log in to in account on his computer at geekstogo

Do you have any idea what is wrong???

Can you point your friend here:

He is probably not allowing first party cookies.
Sometimes a misconfigured firewall can be causing these problems as well.

Alright i sent him the link im not sure how tht went.....

Another thing tht could b causing the problem is right when they got wireless internet these login problems have been happening

Ill reply once hear what happened after they went to the link

Ok the first party cookie thing didnt work.........
They think its something with router

Have any ideas??

If the router has a hardware firewall it could be misconfigured.
But I don't think that will be the problem. Software firewalls are more likely to block the cookies that are needed to be remembered.

Maybe you can have them try a different browser like Opera or Firefox and see if that works?
