It was Arura, ABI, but now Hamburgers? [CLOSED]

Hi! Thanks for your help.

I started with the WInfix, Aurua mess and I did all the steps in the read first section except down load the Trojan Horse software because there is a warning not to download two virus detection programs. So, I have just the Ewido Security Suite installed.

It ran and took out a lot of stuff. But now I still receive pop up ads - but instead of Winfix or ABI - they are hamburger coupon ads.

I have listed my Ewido report first and it is followed by my HiJack this log.

Close all other windows except HijackThis and click Fix Checked.

Next, boot into safe mode by tapping the F8 key upon reboot just before Windows starts to load.

Go to Start > Run and type "Services.msc" (without quotes) then hit Ok
Scroll down and find the below service:

Windows Overlay Components

When you find it, double-click on it. In the next window that opens, under the General tab click the Stop button, then click the drop-down box to change the Startup Type to Disabled if it's not already. Now hit Apply and then Ok.

Next go to Control Panel Add/Remove Programs and uninstall CMAPP

Make sure you can view hidden files and folders:

Next click on My Computer.
Go to Tools > Folder Options.
Click on the View tab and make sure that "Show hidden files and folders" is checked.
Also uncheck "Hide protected operating system files" and "Hide extensions for known file types."
Now click "Apply to all folders"
Click "Apply" then "OK"

Then navigate to and delete these folders and files in bold:

C:\Program Files\CMAPP
C:\WINDOWS\system32\pshwr.exe
C:\WINDOWS\mdwlvnp.EXE
C:\WINDOWS\bgxwdte.exe
C:\WINDOWS\system32\pkshbpfb.dll this one may be gone already
C:\WINDOWS\ALCMTR.EXE

Open HiJackThis, click on "None of the above, just start the program". Now, click on the "Config" button (bottom right), then click on "Misc Tools", then click on "Delete an NT Service" a window will pop up. Enter the below item into that field (make sure there are NO spaces before or after the name):

Click OK.

It should pull up information about the service, then ask if you want to reboot. Click YES.

After reboot go here to make an online scan. Let it delete what it can and save the results as a text file.
