X-Setup Pro License Center totally revised

Based on the feedback (and flames :-) inside the forum, we have totally revised the License Center.

The most important change that was made is that the License Center now keeps a history of old serial numbers. Using an old serial number does no longer result in an error, but instead the License Center will walk through the history and use the newest serial number(s) available. This should fix the most common problem our users had with the License Center.

We have also added a new FAQ section to the License Center which should answer the most common questions our users might have.
