HELP with Server 2003 Small business Premium

I recently did a upgrade to SB 2003 premium from standard and everything worked fine, today when I tried to add it to the network it gave me a Lsass.exe error that said something about it doesn't allow a password change? can anyone help?

Add it to what network? A domain or workgroup? We need to start with that vital info....

Can you log in locally still? If not, it is likely a corrupt registry hive.
