Then I suggest you follow their directions.. The makers of the p[rogram are better suited to help you fix problems with their program!!

thanks for letting me know that this file was bullguard.
i would love to implement their changes but the computer
a. will not log into safe mode - it scrolls gibberish and then it goes into regular mode
b. will not stay on long enough for me to do anything in regular mode.

ok the issue is finally resolved. i had to go in through dos and delete it...
