Does anyone know which antimalware programs don't immediately check all user accounts?

According to http://spywarewarrio...opic.php?t=5722 Spybot does, but on a friend's XP that had three accounts all with administrator privileges (changed that now) Spybot, MS Antispyware, Ad-Aware, and A-Squared found new and/or the same stuff when run on each of the accounts.
