:) Hello there i have used this site before to get rid of nail.exe and found it very helpfull. This is the first time I have ever started my own thread so wish me luck!

I think i have a couple of trojans on my computer as it is acting stangely e.g. all my personal setting where wiped of my desktop, all of my zonealarm prefferences have dissapered and now it asks me before ANYTHING goes in the internet. (I use xp pro)

:tazz: I thought the problem was crss.exe but after investigating I found a file called winserv.dll that wont go away. I have ran ewido, avast anti virus, trojan defender, tds-5, microsoft anti spyware, spybot, pest patrol and none of them found anything please help as i am worried about my personal info (internet banking etc) getting into the wron hands I have post a hjt log below.
