Hello,
After months of trouble with my kids computer I performed all of the installations recommended on the main paige and I have gotten rid of al pop-ups and intruders! Thanks.
Some how I am now facing another problem. When they try to use some web pages like clicking on the my ebay icon on ebay, the web page can not be found. They can not log onto MSN Messenger either. It says sorry can not log in at this time try again later 80072efd.
FYI I have them running XP, Norton,all of the recommended downloads from the Introduction page to virus and Malware on this site, microsoft beta spyware,spybot. We are on a wireless connection with a router.
I am guessing it is a security setting somewhere in windows or Norton, but then hey what do I know??? Any help would be appreciated
