Hi.

My name is Paula and I have a problem with my computer. When I turned on my computer today I recieved a message from my Norton Anti-Virus program that I have a virus called Bloodhound.W32.EP in my system and that it cannot be fixed. I decided to scan my computer with the program...and it could not fix the problem. I dont know what to do...Please help!

I just scanned my computer with SpySweeper and I had the following:

First Scan:
Items Found- 2
Associated Traces Found- 455
Items were- PSGuard, PSGuard Desktop hijacker

Second Scan:
Items Found- 1
Associated Traces Found- 2
Items were- PSGuard

Third Scan= Same as second

And after the scan the program PSGuard popped up as well.

I just scanned it again and this time 2 traces were found with 489 Associated Traces.
