Frustrating Malware

Symptoms
slow booting.
opening My Computer causes a flashlight icon to wave back and forth for several minutes before opening.
even longer to open browser.

What I've done so far:
followed instructions on these two sites exactly with no improvement:

I've gotten rid of almost all the adware, spyware, etc. download suggested by the above sites, and have installed updated versions of Aluria Security Center and Panda Platinum Internet Security. I have spent most of my free time for the last several days trying to find the magic bullet to kill whatever has gotten in my system. Please help!

Hello and Welcome to Geeks to Go!

I see you have run HJT in SAFE MODE. that is no use to us, can you please ONLY run HJT in NORMAL mode unless specifically asked to run it in safe mode.

post a fresh HJT log done in NORMAL mode and i will have a look at it.

Sorry about that. I could only start up in safe mode.
