The McAfee virus program is displaying popups
over on my XP-SP2 Computer and over
Example:

Last night PUP Adware-MySearch
file deSrcAs.dll
was on my screen numerous times,
and I followed mcafee prompts to delete it
.............................

then today PUP notice
c:\systemVolumeInformation_restore {202550A8-7A33-4BCA-958 is a potentially unwanted program etc etc

remove or trust are the options

These PUP's alerts keep displaying on my monitorfrom Mcafee

I did not find anything running with ad-aware se,spybot s& d, cwshredder,House Call, microst antispyware beta. and mcafee virus scan(believe it or not

We'll need you to use a free diagnostic tool, Hijack This. Follow the instructions in step five of this guide, and reply here with your log.

Most of what Hijack This lists lists will be harmless or even essential, DO NOT delete or modify anything yet! Someone will be along to tell you what steps to take after you post the contents of the scan results.

I was able to trap and remove this nasty with HouseCall from Trend Micro

it got into my Computer XP System Restore file.

I learned this when I attempted to Restore back ,

I selected several different days .
